Simplest Oatmeal Cookies
With this Keep It Simple recipe, no excuses for eating high fat cookies!
3 ripe bananas
2 cups oatmeal
11/2 cups mixed dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the other ingredients; drop spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes.
